Along with such popular dishes as pilaf, mantë and lagman, kaurmá lagman (i.e. fried) is also prepared in Uzbekistan. Literally translated, ÇovurmA means "grilled meat" and therefore our lagman comes without sauce. As strange as it is, this simple dish with few ingredients will make you instantly and irrevocably fall in love with it.
